Christmas Eve

We started Christmas Eve off by getting the girls out of the house and going to story time at Brenton Village.  An hour without these 2 tornadoes in the house helped Mimi get ready for having everyone over later in the day. 

The crazy Malaney Christmas Eve parties that used to go on into the wee hours of the morning with beer pong and 'drink-o' have now been replaced with a much more subdued mid-afternoon affair centered around the kiddos. 

Now don't get me wrong, we still did an adult gift exchange and the first gift that was opened was a 'shot-ski' so all the adult fun hasn't been removed from the party.

After the 'shot-ski' was put away and the crowd left, we went to 7 o'clock mass and got home just in time to tuck the babies into bed and get ready for the morning.
